The website is managed by João Pedro Fernandes, Unipessoal, Lda, and aims to present the services and activities developed by Laetus® and articles related to commercial areas, graphic design, web design, and digital marketing.

Laetus® recommends that the user read these terms of use carefully. If you do not accept and agree to comply with each of these terms and conditions, you will not be authorized to access or otherwise use the website, its content, or its services.

Continuing to use the website implies acceptance of its terms and conditions without reservation. If you do not agree with these terms, you should immediately cease browsing.

Personal Data Processing

Personal data shared via email or phone number available on the website www.laetus.pt is collected for commercial management and maintaining the relationship with Laetus® clients or potential clients.

Personal data may also be processed to respond to questions, suggestions, or complaints made by the holder.

4. Subcontractors

Laetus® may use subcontractors for the maintenance, hosting, and management of its systems and IT equipment, as permitted by legislation regulating personal data processing.
